| The Southeastern
Cherokee Confederacy of Pennsylvania is a Native American Education
501(c)3 Non-Profit, and we are registered with the United Way and
Charitable Organizations. The Southeastern Cherokee Confederacy of Pennsylvania has a Speakers Bureau, and we are available to give lectures in school,colleges, universities and churches. We teach the Cherokee language, bead work, leather work and Native American dancing; and we educate the general public about the Cherokees - past and present. A scholarship for Native Americans was established in 1994 to assist Native American youth in their endeavor to achieve higher education, and a Cherokee Festival is held annually over the Memorial Day weekend.
